They didn't even think to make the outfits of the band properly stand out from the backdancers ??? they are are wearing white/soft pink clothes...For an ultra well-known girlsband that would be no problem, but for a debut....
They also have on the channel the individual Fancams, currently Winter’s is the most watched (though they’re just uploaded awhile ago so it’ll be interesting to see if that changes)
for what i've seen on twitter people liked winter the best so i'm not surprised about the fancam views. it's always funny how sm picks a center and people are like nah, we're gonna make this other member the most popular one.
they did well! karina was more engaging in this performance imo but winter and ningning still carried the group.
giselle seemed to be the worse dancer to me but i'm sure she'll improve as time goes by. i do like her more low voice, it's a good contrast to winter and ningning, who have similar higher ones.

These outfits are really short, must be so uncomfortable to do this choreo with it. They also didn't go with the concept very much? They're "too pretty" if I can say so while the song/choreo are trying to be badass I can't judge on technique or originality, but the drop/spider move is sick! It works well with the song, the third chorus doesn't have the same impact without it. The rest is okay, I think they really banked on the drop working as the memorable moment while the rest is pretty typical of kpop ggs
The girls smiled a few time at the camera, like Karina in the beginning, it was cute! I think that the RBF isn't Karina's personality at all and that's why it doesn't work. The lip sync was better and they looked comfortable even though not perfect yet, I think they'll do well!
at last, it’s not heavily karina-focused. like i said before, i wanna see more of giselle. now that i’ve seen the full choreo, i don’t particularly like it. the girls did a pretty good job for their debut music stage. winter looks the most awkward out of the four but with time, she’ll improve i’m sure.

I'm always concerned about how the mic bends the ear at the top, it can't be comfy and may even hurt. I agree about the outfits. They look too fairy (omg they remind me of ice skating outfits!) like which is weird as SM is selling this group with a darker concept. My girl NingNing is shining ! Look at herrrrrrrr ! Fancams are not forgiving if your dancing is not on the same level as the others, but Giselle can improve, and maybe the outfit is not the best for this. You go girl !
I’ve really grown to love the song, it’s nothing groundbreaking but it’s a solid jam to sing along to during lockdown 2.0 so I’ll give them that. The outfits here really don’t work with the concept and they blend in with the backing dancers way too much so I’d fix that but overall it was an ok debut performance. Winter is by far the stand out with NingNing close behind, but dear god Karina is beautiful I love that hair colour on her.

NingNing is stiff as a board but the personality SHINES. Baby not a dancer and that’s not her role (although I thought she cut up on that subway scene in the video but maybe they just got her on a good day).
Wynter wasn’t my fave here today but I still like her. Seeing her basically about to shoot up in popularity is funny. I really thought she was going to just be there.
Karina is an idols idol. She makes sense as one. Pretty, not untalented, and malleable. I think when the dust settles people will grow to like her. This performance was definitely good for her.
Giselle seems so fun. I like her energy. I feel like she is personality and when they get on shoes or are allowed to do things for fan content that’s when we will get more of her.
I still don’t care for the choreography. It doesn’t seem like it is enough in parts (a lot of standing around wanting to look cool). However I do think it gains some steam verse 2 (Giselle) on.
Idk why but Giselle is the one who catches my eye the most for some reason, she seems to have great presence on camera and from the fancam posted above she looked like the only one who was smiling a lot/had a lot expressions and was just genuinely vibin' throughout the performance.
edit: I forgot they have solo fancams! You can really see how she enjoys performing, I like to see that
the staging looks great. they hit all their cameras that's the hardest part of these music shows idt many people realize how difficult it can be to catch tally lights as someone's live switching like this while also attempting to dance and sing (or lipsync) correctly. Veteran groups can't do it sometimes.
I kind of like that a lot of their outfits are ballroom dance/latin dance inspired lol but yes its a bit too muted for the palette going on here. they did really well overall. Karina's smile to ningning after the bridge was cute. theyre having fun at least!
I’m glad I watched this first, so much about this debut is very stuffy to me so seeing them perform in a more normal element like a music show gives me a better judgement

I think that's the biggest thing I'm taking from their debut. They all have potential as a group and can grow into better. It's a debut stage, I don't understand why everyone thinks just because they are SM that they have to be 100% perfect. I'm guessing they were nervous but they did good. I'd love everyone super dissing the performance to go back to their faves debut stage and not have comments....
i liked this tbh lol but that random "face down, butts-up" part of the choreography still makes me feel a bit icky. no one in the group's born before 2000, and ningning's 2002 line

Ningning was my immediate fave, glad to see her featured more. echoing whoever said Karina is a black hole of charisma. though i think she is probably the best dancer. im very curious about Giselle, i feel i could like her bc she was a ~bad bitch~ (though shes getting dragged for it lol) im so intrigued by what they did to her face though.
