Wonwoo and Seungkwan appeared as panel guests on Funstaurant, while Mingyu and Hoshi appeared on Running Man. Scoups, Joshua, Mingyu and Vernon appeared on Youngstreet Radio, but it was only in audio-form (no sub). They also appeared on Apple Music 1 The Chart Show with Brooke Reese and made a short cameo on Na Haeun's vlog. They also held a 24H Fanmeeting (unsubbed) and the subbed Caratland VOD was released (+ individual cam links).

Other vids that got subbed during this time: 24H MV Reaction and Recording Behind, Sohu Idols Going to Work Interview and Park Sohyun's Love Game Radio with Hoshi and Woozi from Henggarae promotions.

They didn't do a whole lot of shows, but a ton of interviews for US media.

Inkigayo for the 2nd week was cancelled because of a baseball game (which later got cancelled bc of bad weather lol), but it got announced that Seventeen won, making it their 4th win overall for HOME;RUN and only their 2nd Inkigayo trophy! (TMI: Since Inki got cancelled, SVT went to DK's sister's wedding instead and learned about their win while eating haha And BSS performed "Just Do It" at the wedding and changed the lyrics "Without hesitation, I'll walk" to "Without hesitation, I'll kiss")

Other than the music shows, SEVENTEEN performed at the 2020 Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards, where they also received the Prime Minister's Commendation. (Omona Post)

Physical Charts

On its first day, Semicolon sold 297,3XX copies. At the end of the first week, it sold 932,0XX copies, achieving the 3rd highest first week sales in 2020 and 5th highest first week sales overall on Hanteo. As of now, 3 weeks into the release, the album is ~39K shy of reaching 1M. Meanwhile on Gaon, the album topped the weekly album charts at its release and has since then reached million seller status.

Digital Charts

HOME;RUN did okay on the digital charts. Looking at the old real-time chart that doesn't count anymore it debuted #5 on Melon (Left&Right debuted at #6) and rose to #2 at 1am. For the new 24h-charts, HOME;RUN entered at #99 and rose up to #65. Their realtime peak rank was #56. Its daily charting was #71, but already fell out of the daily charts by day 2.
They also reached #2 on Genie, and grabbed #7 for their daily peak rank. For Gaon Chart, the 1st week digital rank was #16, while they hit #1 on Downloads. The 2nd week digital rank was considerably lower, reaching #110 in Digital and #102 in Downloads.

On Oricon’s Weekly Album Chart (which combines phyiscal+digital), Semicolon held the #2-position for two weeks. Internationally, the album ranked first in 12 overseas iTunes charts.

Seventeen will guest on 'Idol Wonderland'. Vernon very probably has a finsta. Big Hit Labels announced a yearly label concert on New Years Eve (the drama with MBC intensifies), but Pledis announced that Seventeen already have a different schedule on that day and won't participate (no, it's not Kohaku). Seventeen was also confirmed to perform at MAMA. Hoshi donated money for scholarships at his old high school. In TikTok-dance news, Hoshi did the Lovekilla challenge with Monsta X's Kihyun while Vernon did the Daisy challenge with Pentagon's Kino. Seventeen's dorm arrangement. In need of a new phone background? Hoshi is here to help. Seungkwan is an actual bear, carries around honey sticks and gifts them to people (people is Golden Child's Bomin). op why did you even include the digital chart section LMAOOOO humiliating.. oh well i don't think they expected much from this comeback anyway since it's on the more experimental side. i'm surprised they even sold as many albums as they did with how godawful the packaging and overall album promos were. all the english interviews were boring as hell!! if that's all we get from the bighit acquisition, what's even the point.

all in all, not my favorite era but left & right was successful enough for the both of them and it was only a ~special~ album, so i'm not too mad but if pledis don't give us proper album packaging and higher budget promos next time i will be at my limit (i say this every comeback and they never improve but i'm still here.. it's an illness).

i don't know what it is about the 2nd half of the year, fall and early winter specifically, but svt never do well during this time. maybe they should just stick to january-july comebacks.

last week's gose ep was really cute btw. i've been parading them around as the funniest 3rd gen group for years now so i'm glad they're finally getting some recognition for their variety talent (apart from seungkwan).

I saw a tweet that theorized it was because SK updated their BB-guns safety guidelines recently?

Idk if anyone said this before but some kcarats believe that gose was cancelled ytd bc 2 weeks ago, SK government modified BB-guns standards for safety purposes. Although they prob filmed the episode ~March (when seungkwan’s leg was injured), it’s safer to not upload the gose ep

OP you are the real MVP. This comeback was surprisingly ok. They did well. I was surprised with the amount of US interviews they did in Canadian tuxedos basically. Looking forward to the next era..wonder if the 4th album will hit 1.5-2 mill. That seems to be the goal
