Goo Hara's trash ex found innocent of illegally filming Goo Hara's sex tape

Choi Jong-bum (29) has received final sentence of one year in prison for assaulting late Goo Hara.

On the 15th, Supreme Court Chief Justice Park Jeonghwa confirmed prior courts ruling of one year in prison for assaulting, and threatening Goo Hara but acquitted Choi for illegally filming the late singer.

The judge stated, "The fact that Goo Hara deleted the sex tape and photos from Choi's cell phone is grounds to acquit him of the charge. The two were both able to delete the tape because they had access with the same password. Also, Goo Hara took photos of Choi's body."

Choi was sentenced to one year for inflicting bruises to Goo Hara's arms and legs in the process of an argument in September 2018 and threatening to release the sex tape to the media. He was also accused of illegally filming Goo Hara who was soaking in a bathtub without consent.

I really really despise the "what if it was your daughter?" type of comments, but honestly truly I agree with it in this case. That judge is despicable and I guarantee if it was his own daughter he would do everything in his power to keep that trash can behind bars. Both of them deserve jail this is ridiculous.

Any judge that passes this kind of a sentence probably has a record of similar sentencing in cases like this. And THAT means that they themselves aren't clean either. That judge should be investigated.

As for everything else, I just. Yeah, I'm just crying. Idk what to do, I'm so tired of everything that is unfair. Some days it feels like what's the point of trying when shit like this happens... and keeps happening.

There really is no justice in this world is there? I can only hope that some kind of karma comes through and finishes his pathetic self off. Even though he's getting some amount of prison time it's still way less than he rightfully deserves, he should be locked up for at least 5 to 10 years.
