Date: 2020-10-08 07:23 pm (UTC)Weki Meki's stage is sooo good. As expected they deliver on the choreoraphy and the synchronisation, I love how aerobic this is compared to their recent comebacks. All the jumping is spectacular. There's so many cool moves; the loose arm swing in Suyeon's second verse, the end of the chorus smelling-perfume move, the aiyaya bits, all the floor work, the formation for yoojung's rap, the full group strut, of course the duo dances they teased on tiktok, the whole bit of Suyeon's last chorus. Everything's great. AND SEI AND LUA IN THE MIDDLE FOR THE ENDING? am i dreaming? is this real life?
I love this whole boilersuit fashion they're doing this comeback though I do hope we get to see the funky trouser outfits too. Fantagio always have a host of outfits ready for them so I hope we're not disappointed this era! That opening with Doyeon/Lucy should be iconic, honestly after I saw that in the MV the rest of the song could've been one long giant fart noise and I still would've thought it was Era of the Year. I can't believe we can finally see Sei's forehead and that green is so much more flattering on Lua.
Lua absolutely stole the shot every single time she was in frame. When I was watching her during Tiki Taka era she just seemed so down on stage and honestly seeing her thriving through Dazzle Dazzle/Oopsy/Cool I feel super justified and so happy that she's finally getting enough lines to shine.

I know I saw them work with Makestar but idk what specifically that was for, but they’ve performed a lot on the different shows, which definitely costs money, so hopefully the company isn’t as nugu as I first believed. I can’t wait for their first comeback down the road :)
- Golden Child’s stage is fun! Pump It Up is my favorite boy group release this year, or at least tying with God’s Menu. Left & Right was up there too but the plagiarism allegation made me lose interest tbh. I still like it but not as much as previously. OverallI don’t tune in to much bg music (or when I do I sometimes discover songs super late like day6’s song 2 years later lol) but this is the kinda stuff I prefer
- CHOCOME’s outfits!!!! I’m gonna love the styling for this sub unit :)
