I have no idea about photography. But it seems they are using some kind of yellow filter. That's why his hair looks so yellow and its bringing out the yellow tones in his skins. I might be totally wrong tho.

lol, yeah. it's definitely the psd they're using, it looks like brightness + selective color turned up to 100 on the yellows
