Han Seo Hee is released from detention

On the 11th, Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Court rejected the prosecution's request to cancel Han Seo Hee's probation. An official from Seongnam Branch stated, "The National Institute of Forensic Science's hair test showed negative results, and the court judged that there was no reason to cancel her suspended sentence. As such, the court decided to dismiss the case. Han Seo Hee has been released from the probation office and her probation status will be maintained."

During interrogation hearing on the 29th, Han Seo Hee explained to judge why her urine test came back positive stating, "It is true that the urine test was positive but I never administered methamphetamine. I dropped my paper cup into the toilet during urine collection which may have included foreign substances. The prosecution rejected my request for a re-examination."

Allegedly she was dating Wonho ex-girlfriend, who at some point went through FTM hormonal therapy, but she stopped the process eventually and now identifies as a ciswoman lesbian. I had it wrong and it was actually a trans boyfriend... but JFC. Googling to find out what the hell I was thinking, apparently in December Han Seo hee accused Jung Da Eun of abuse... and I also found an article stating Han Seo Hee kept denying Jung Da Eun is trans and kept calling him her girlfriend, but apparently Jung Da Eun has identified as identified as male since 2016 so.... Though I just saw the comment above sayings he identifies as female again IDK. (Also Jung Da Eun is the one who accused Wonho.)

I was following them during the time they were in a relationship and Da Eun said in a live on IG I think that she was pressured by her ex-girlfriend to transition to male, because gay marriage is illegal in SK.

But yeah I can't tell for sure how she identifies. She also kinda vanished after the incident with Seo Hee.
