Seems like Yoona was laying low the entire month of July after her 'scandal' with Lee Hyori, I guess that might be a reason she didn't participate in this, she might also just have been busy with something else...

She started posting on instagram again for SNSD's 13th anniversary... looks like she's currently filming the movie you mentioned.

I forgot about that since Lee Hyori is everywhere with her new project. It's a pity if she couldn't join because of that, it's just a youtube video. But maybe she had this film in mind and wanted people to forget.

Like the commenter above said, I do believe Yoona was trying to lay low after the karaoke fiasco with Hyori. She didn’t even post about her end of contract with Innisfree till the anniversary posts. And the girls also did not post about her till anniversary, even though she was with them at Tiffany’s party

My sone heart! *O* I watched this on YT two days ago and I could not stop smiling. I love seeing them together - though I wish they were all together at the same time. I can understand why Yoona wasn't there if she was filming, but what has Sunny been up to these days? Also, bless Hyo for getting all the members to participate in her challenge and Yuri for gathering them on her show. Keep the soshi name alive unnies! \o/
