Ok Leez and Ollounder (? However they’re spelled) are involved, they’re a big part of DC’s discography. So that makes me more excited now, since they’ve produced so many amazing songs for DC. My enthusiasm that fell has lifted at least half way lol

I just looked it up - they’re adorable lol. It’s so cool to see they get along with the girls, probably because they’ve worked with them so much and understand what works for DC.

Also brought up in comments I saw Teddys name, and that made me think how these two guys have distinct sound but can bring variety easily on different tracks and very talented overall - whereas Teddy is in many ways a one trick pony, he sometimes shows more creativity but overall there’s much less range

Yes! They’ve been with DC from the start so they truly seem to know the group and their music identity. Since you mentioned Teddy, I remember sometimes being worried that Leez and Ollounder have been their producer time and time again, worried that it would be eventually like another Teddy with the same compositions. But as you mentioned, they truly know how to bring variety to their music.

I appreciate that they understand DC’s identity, since that’s a common problem in kpop where the song is produced and the group has to adapt around it, and then the ‘this could’ve gone to another group easily’ critique comes in. Also I wonder that they’re on the younger side makes them more open to trying new things, whereas Teddy has been working for a long time and is more set in his ways. It happens when age, it could happen to these two but at least they haven’t gotten to that point yet.

I looked up their IG - I didn’t know they work with Ateez too, interesting! That’s probably why I like the little bit I’ve heard from them (I just don’t follow boy groups so I probably won’t get anymore invested, sorry Ateez lol)
