I mean, is this explicitly a love duet between them or something? Because I would feel a way about THAT ngl but IDK when it comes to WG especially I see him as very fatherly?? And all of them seem to care about him a great deal - Sunmi premiered her last comeback early to him especially and he was with lim and the girls at her bridal shower. Like he's someone they have affection for so by extension I have it too.

The bond they have is really sweet, I can acknowledge that. But at the end of the day JYP has shitty views especially regarding women so I don’t have that affection for him in that way especially as a female fan, that ship has sailed 🤷‍♀️

Yea he’s helped perpetuate a lot of the issues in kpop like controlling idols weight - he is very strict in his personal life about his health and appearance, and his beliefs he pushes on idols. It could because he’s from this lifestyle his roots as an artist, but instead of changing the industry he abides to it. He’s made thin idols lose weight to prove themselves, and told Jihyo that she danced ‘slowly’ (like sluggish/couldn’t keep up) since she carried more weight during their debut. Plus he’s creepy around young idols, Tzuyu was sexualized early on and his famous ‘who’s your mama’ is him having the hots for a woman a lot younger than him.

There’s more, but that’s just some basic stuff that rubs me the wrong way. Plus he’s reallyyyyyy religious. Nothing wrong with someone being religious but my experience with people heavily involved in religion (not the average person), idk it’s something to keep an eye on.
