I’ll start with the positives: - loving the album covers! The blue one is calling my name lol. If I do buy I’d have to buy based on the teasers sets, I liked the first two the most. These last two were just eh to me. - Gahyeon and Dami killing it again - Yoohyeon’s best teaser out of all these sets - love Jiu’s head piece/hairpiece. Just noticed SuA’s too!
...alrighty, now the main negative. I don’t like Moombahton in kpop, now that I know the name of it lol. I like it in Latin music much more, but in kpop some of my least favorite songs fall in this category. watching this video with the examples, ugh. So many songs I find fucking boring. Like all those KARD songs, Whistle and early BP in general, that Jay Park song, basically most of those songs in there (sorry KARD fans, I basically only like their two songs that aren’t categorized as such)
But the video did have Blood, Sweat, and Tears & Idol, and Gashina, which I actually enjoy a lot. So I HOPE it’s more in line with that and not KARD. Still my enthusiasm was basically cut in half now :( please I hope DC adds a special twist to it and that makes it uniquely to them. I’ve loved every single release from them and I want to keep that streak going lol so I’ll just have to wait and see. * I misread the video title - it was just Moombahton influence, so since it’s Moombahton ROCK since DC is well versed in rock influence I feel a little better lol. Sorry for the edits
DAMI AND GAHYEON BACK AT IT AGAIN!!!! and the albums look pretty :( with onf and dreamcatcher having comebacks in the same month, i think im gonna pass this one (the blue album looks LOVELY!!!)
