I like both! It's a shame the amount of hate and racism MNEK has gotten because some fans don't like it.

Also if fans don’t like it, I think they should be happy their girls are doing well? I know it’s not my favorite Twice song even I though I still enjoy it a lot - but I can recognize this song is performing much better than Feel Special did. Feel Special is my ultimate lol but for example on Melon I see More & More has been in the top 20 (give or take) since it came out while Feel Special struggled in the charts from what I remember

And as always, the racist fans can fuck off. MNEK is amazing, I’m very happy Twice was able to use one of his songs

I like Zara but sometimes her vocals are really annoying....this is one of those examples lol. For example I like her voice on All The Time, idk why works better there for me. So I do prefer Twice’s, but I like both. This is different from Psycho, where I found the western demo so boring but RV’s was much better.

As a MNEK fan I knew this was one of his older works as this sound is very 2016/2017, but the album sold really well so I’m glad he made good money from this :)

I love MNEK, his works are always so good to me. I loved this a lot (although I do prefer Zara's than TWICE's but I like both too) and my favourite from his production work would have to be 2 by H.E.R.

I love All the Time! I remember putting that on repeat for weeks when it first came out lmao but I can see why her vocals can come off annoying sometimes. I'm curious about your opinion tho on her feature in "A Brand New Day" with Hobi and Taehyung. How did you find that?

Yes 2 and All the Time!! I love both these songs lol both I’ve replayed a lot in the past but I haven’t listened in a minute, I need to get them back into rotation. I’m always glad to meet more MNEK fans, he is so talented he deserves more love. I can’t wait for his next album whenever that comes

Her feature on that song sounds pretty nice from what I hear (first time playing the song lol), it sounds like she’s straining less (idk what that effect/noise she makes when she’s singing 😅) and it sounds pretty pleasant to me. But I also recognize that it’s lacking color - like another singer could’ve sung it? It has its pros and cons but I like her vocals here lol

He does! I was admittedly super happy when I found out he worked with BTS for LY: Tear and I love the production he did on that one. I can't wait for his next album too! I hope he features H.E.R. or Jorja Smith lol

Yeah, I get that! It does sound like she's straining less. But it definitely could've been sung by another, although Zara is one of the writers so idk where she's going with this lol or maybe it's BH's audio staff again with the mixing? I liked that they made her partner with Taehyung and Hobi tho because their voices complemented each other? Or at least I definitely liked this better than the Charli XCX x Jimin Jungkook Jin single.

I love MNEK I think my fave remix/feature with him will always be Muna’s I Know A Place and with Never Forget You.

I do think Zara’s voice can be a bit much sometimes though but she and MNEK sound so good together.

I appreciate her in Brand New Day (the best song on that album)

As the one person who has been obsessed with this single since it dropped (oop @ me I guess) I love this version too, lol.

To me, the chants are part of what makes a TWICE song, uh, TWICE I guess, so although my brain keeps autofilling them in Zara's version (keeping in mind it's a demo and not the final production) I still love her take too.

I think I just fucking love this song no matter who sings it, lol.

IA, I like Twice’s vocals more for the most part since it sounds more ‘relaxed’/calmer, it fits the instrumental better for me. As I’ve mentioned above, I like Zara’s vocals in some songs but others I find it grating, and it goes into grating territory here. For example Momo’s parts aren’t the best but then it switches to someone else, which Zara can’t do as a soloist

the original is the better one for me (and 2017 me might have ate it up because Zara Larsson's songs were everywhere). it feels more cohesive in terms of vocals, and definitely without the higher pitch. I feel like JYPE still hasn't managed to make Twice sound good together and is very focused on just having their individual vocals out in the songs, and that's why Momo's voice struck out so much
