Hello! Back again for another First Love post!

First actor bias. Your first favorite actor. Did you become a fan because of his captivating acting ability? Or was it an amazing drama or character that made you fall for him?



I don’t think I’ve ever really loved any male actors. Just the ladies lol. But I do remember an affection for Kim Ho Jin when I was watching “Yellow Handkerchief” back in 2003. I loved/hated his character so much. Like, I think I was mostly rooting for his downfall, but whatever! I loved that series! It’s the show when Han Gain and Yeon Junghoon met and fell in love too. He’s been in other dramas that I've seen (ie “Glamorous Temptation” omg I still can’t believe I watched that whole mess!), but I still think of him from “Yellow Handkerchief” with fondness lol.

I remember I've watched K-drama since longtime ago but at that time I was in love with J-drama & C-drama more, so K-dramas were a bit brushed to the side lol. But the first K-drama that really involved my feelings was "Autumn in My Heart", and I kinda fell for Won Bin. After that I, who didn't actually like Korean stuff, watched Taegukgi and eventually had no idea about the plotline of the story lmaooo (because I'm not a fan of war movies). But because of Taegukgi I grew to like Jang dong gun.

And idk why my taste of men become younger as I grow older lol but these days I like Nam Joohyuk. I think that man is good-looking be it in dramas or in photoshoots.

lmfao so I avoided watching kdramas for ages because they're just so long ok. Idrc for actors in kdramas anyway, I tend to love the actresses more lol.

The first kdrama I watched was You're Beautiful and I liked JGS so I guess he'd be the first one (not counting hongki and younghwa as actors here). Lovingly referred to him as pointy head bc of his hoody

I got into kdramas just two years ago and my interest in them is ,sadly, almost over, but my fave remains Choi Jin Hyuk. Netflix loves him as much as I do because there is a lot of stuff with him there, but not Devilish Joy, which I like even though it's not that great.

The first one I truly became to love is Hyun Bin. I love him so much 😩

For me it was Lee Dong Wook. I had a crush on Lee Min Ho because BOF was my 1st kdrama but once I watched My Girl I fell in love with him and I would tell everybody he was my favorite actor. But he did his military service around that time so I missed much of his work. Hopefully the lockdown helped me to catch up.

but i cant stand him on dramas actually i kinda dislike most of his characters , i swear i tried to watch and like his dramas ... i tried really hard but he's one of those actors that have awful taste to pick drama projects 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️


i liked him a lot on movies and variety shows tho, i still listen to happy life OST lol

this just made me realize i've never really had an actor bias lmao i had a slight crush on cha seung won way back when i watched athena... but nowadays i just appreciate certain men solely for their acting skills like kim won hae, choi jin hyuk, or kim sung kyun

I have so many. I used to just watch whatever was popular until I discovered my faves.
I’ve loved Lee Jongsuk since I can hear your voice. Kim Soohyun since Moon that embraces the sun. Yoo Ahin since Sungkyunkwan scandal. Monster made me love Kim Woobin and Lee Soohyuk. Monstar brought Kang Haneul to my attention. My newest bias is Woo Dohwan after discovering him in Save me and Seo Kangjoon because his face is perfection.

You know, I honestly can't remember what exactly was the first kdrama I ever watched...But if it was Coffee Prince, then my first actor bias was probably Gong Yoo. I know I thought Kim Bum was absolutely handsome and had such a beautiful smile in BOF (so he definitely became a bias), but I can't remember if I watched it before or after Coffee Prince. I didn't start liking Lee Minho until some time later because his character in BOF did not endear me to him at all, especially with that perm lmao XD I'm pretty sure I watched You're Beautiful after both of these or maybe it was before Coffee Prince...Uhhhhhh...I really can't remember because it's been so long. I had second lead syndrome for the first time with that drama, so I was high key shipping Yonghwa and Park Shin Hye, so when Heartstrings came out, my little shipper heart was rejoicing! \o/

I know for sure that the first jdrama I watched was Hana Kimi and I was head over heels for Shun Oguri because unf that man is so fine *O*

my first drama was that drama with sulli and minho (to the beautiful you) and although i started watching for them i really liked kang haneul who had a super minor part lol. still love him! and gong yoo of course in coffee prince, although i haven't seen any other dramas with him i think..

He wasn't even that good Goong but I really liked him and Kim Jeong Hoon in that series. Its their characters that I like.
