His first song back should have been "I'm sorry for what I've done". I guess the mv is supposed to by symbolic of that. I don't have lyrics yet to make a determination on that.

He was not cleared. His side and some random news reporter said it, but the truth is he received a suspension of indictment from prosecutors investigating his involvement in distributing obscene photos through KakaoTalk. The suspension of indictment recognizes the criminal charges but takes into consideration other factors such as age, criminal motive and remorse, and thus does not lead to a trial, but instead serves as a warning. The same happened with Eddy Kim. They were inside a fishing group chat, that also had JJY and Choi Jung-Hoon inside. I see lot of people saying fishing group so it's okay, as if people would never shared other things inside it. What Roy kim was cleared of was he was not inside the group they shared the rape videos and other molkas videos, but inside the fishing group, the members shared obscenes pictures, and this is why Roy Kim and Eddy Kim were both charged by police for distributing obscene photos (they didn't take it, but got it from internet and shared it). thank you for this. his fans keep parading this whole 'he was cleared' ploy while skirting around actual fact that he was cleared regarding some things but not issue as whole. also the fact that he is closest jjy friend . even IF he didn't participate then he had to know all about it. it's impossible to claim such a close friendship that lasted over many years and then act like surprised pikachu.
