Boys Over Flowers is one of the biggest Korean drama hits of our time, sweeping ratings and awards across Asia in 2009 and 2010. This Korean take on the popular Japanese manga of the same name, tackles complex issues involving outcasts, socio-economic disparity, family, love, and friendship. Jan Di is an average girl whose family owns a dry cleaning store located near the luxurious and well known Shin Hwa High School. After saving a boy from jumping off the roof of Shin Hwa High School, Jan Di is admitted into the school on a swimming scholarship. At school, Jan Di tries to avoid confrontation with the four richest and most spoiled boys known as the F4, because she knows what happens to those that stand against them. However, when Jan Di's friend, Oh Min Ji, accidentally gets ice cream on the leader of the F4's shoes, she's forced to declare war on the leader of the F4, Goo Joon Pyo. What will happen though, when she falls in love with someone from the F4 and Goo Joon Pyo starts feeling something for her too? Will the love triangle disrupt F4 and change their lives forever? Get ready for addictive drama, romance and comedy at it best.

Jandi girl. Your boyfriend is rich, why are you just eating random ramyun in an abandoned classroom? I don’t remember this Jeha model dude storyline at all. He looks so much older than the F4 and he’s supposed to be Jandi’s underclassman?

I don’t really understand why Jandi is lying to Junpyo but whatever, he’s a fucking asshole and I don’t care. Beats up yet another guy and fucking puts his hands on her. And yet she’s still crying over him? And when Jandi’s been kidnapped and she’s still defending Junpyo! She’s asking Jeha what horrible things Junpyo’s done, like what the fuck girl haven’t you been paying attention??? Does she not remember all the horrible things he’s done TO HER even in this damn episode?

Again, freaking should have just taken the money!

Jandi wouldn’t be on that mountain if that brat Junpyo didn’t throw yet another goddamn hissy fit. And is she even thinking, wouldn’t the café be closed at night? What purpose is there going up there and not waiting until the morning?

Nobody on the show talks about anything. In these two episodes, Jandi was almost attacked by two old men, freaking kidnapped, her father was taken, almost frozen to death, and it's never spoken of again. I would be telling everyone! I hope she has a good therapist.

This show would last a grand total of 13-15 eps if people would communicate properly and air out their grievances and problems with each other

How long does this girl have to suffer ? I can't stand the bullying anymore. And cleary she doesn't want to be with Jun Pyo, she avoids him all the time.

Jan Di peeks through a door, sees a very obvious porn set and still just waltzes in, girl wtf are you doing?? There's a blindfolded teddy bear on a bed, you're supposed to turn and run!

Did Jun Pyo just throw a fucking bath bomb into a pool?!

So to my understanding Jun Pyo's hissy fit this time was because Jan Di didn't want to go to Hokkaido with him and instead chose to go to a part time job that just happened to be modeling, and modeling with a guy automatically means a relationship (or at least a crush)?? THESE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE 19, NOT 9!!
I did crack up at Je Ha just laying on the ground and not moving at all while F4 walked past him lmao

Jan Di should've thrown a chair through the science class window and climb out... Be that strong independent woman that the writers are trying to make you out to be!

Fun fact that I picked up a while ago (can't remember from where though), the whole "put a chloroform rag on someone's face" wouldn't actually work because apparently you'd need to be huffing it for about 5mins before you pass out.

Jan Di takes an arrow to the knee a chair to the back and a couple of days later goes on a skiing vacation? I probably wouldn't be able to move, let alone hit the slopes.
Also, why are all their schoolmates in the same skiing resort?
Also also, how and why is anyone taking the Ginger, Sunny and whatsherface trio seriously at this point? They haven't done anything remotely decent during the past 12 eps, they only wreak havoc.
Also also also, how come Jun Pyo is the one to find Jan Di when the rest of the guys were closer? He had to hitchhike his way back!

We're approximately at the halfway point, so now's a good point in time for me to start saying (and repeat it to the end of the series) that Woo Bin is the only worthwhile guy in F4.

LMAO at the helmet, i didn't catch that!

I kept laughing at the F4 at the ski resort just waiting in the lodge while Jandi freezes outside. They kept cutting to Gaeul and her sad crying face and it made me want to laugh wtf I'm so horrible lol but i like her so much

I'm trying to do my homework and watch 11 now, but what is it that I'm missing here, did she tell him she's his gf?? Because all I can remember is that she kept refusing his advances, plus now she preferred to lie about going to spend the night at a friend's so as to avoid going out with him.
Also, that new guy is extremely handsome, who is he?

Are you talking about the model guy? He's a little more complicated but only seems to be in two episodes so we don't have to worry about him anymore lol
