The music video gave me a headache. I think it would have been gorgeous with like, 25% fewer cuts. The song itself being so busy didn't help.
I'll check it out again when the performances/dance practise comes out. It sounds like a hyped up version of Violeta (very similar structure-wise too) which is the direction I would have hoped they'd gone in. I think at this moment in time I prefer Violeta but that might be the MV-induced headache talking lol. Yuri is such a standout, she's definitely the one I have my eye on for what happens afterwards. I feel a bit bad that I think the ones I have the most interest in in this group are potentially the ones that were rigged in. I think I also saw a bit more Nako and Hitomi in this MV which is nice, even if their line share didn't seem to improve (but that's hard to tell with how frenetic the MV was).
I was like, I don't need another half second of Hyewon sitting in the thing! Give me another half second of dancing/whoever's actually singing and let me catch my breath!
i agree with you on the MV, i couldn't watch it because it was too intense so purely from listening: i like it and i'll be waiting for live performances
tbf Yuri and Chaewon have been quite good performers so far in iz*one. and Minju is also showing her charms. I can get why they were rigged in the more you watch iz*one.
This hiatus and the uncertainty for their future activities, especially in light of X1's disbandment were worrisome, so I'm glad my girls are back!
The MV is esthetically pleasing as expected but I would have preferred more dance shots and less cuts. Other than that, the outfits look nice, the choreo looks promising and they are so pretty (especially Eunbi). I personnally don't like it as much as their two previous title tracks but it follows Violetta's style and it's definitely gonna be on my playlist.
Yes to Chaewon getting an upgrade and all them lines! No at Chaeyeon getting less lines tho. They should have given some of the visual line's parts to others.
there are way too many cuts in this MV as everyone has observed. i still really love what they were going for - some of the repeated framing techniques (silhouettes, shapes) are so attractive and i really enjoy the circle/orb motif.
Welp had the whole scandal not broke you can see the girl they aiming for: Chaewon. Miss thing was PRESENT and accounted for in this (opening the song over Wonyoung, she seemingly replaced Eunbi as second vocalist as well here).
As for the girls I like: Chaeyeon loses lines (I think she is a better singer than some of the girls they are pushing, but she has the role of the dancer so), Hitomi gets more (??? I think), Eunbi looks her age, Yena seems less present to me (not just in lines I can’t remember what she was doing musically).
Like someone else said it is pretty much Violeta on an upper. I’m not against the sound necessarily but I think the video was a lot. I’ll wait for the performance video (as well as a performance). Their videos have always been a lot of vanity shots over pretty backgrounds but this one was more than what was needed. Probably because they shot this more recently. But also: thank God that child no longer has that raspberry blue ass hair color.
I wonder who is going to continue the izone sound and aesthetic because I do enjoy it a lot (La Vie En arose, Violetta and Fiesta)
I was wondering about how many lines chaewon had in this song because I also thought maybe she overtook eunbi. Turns out they have about the same amount, with chaewon singing 1 second more more m eunbi. I like that they're on equal foot, with one strong main vocal and now two solid leads.
I’m gonna skip the video for now, tons of transitions/cuts is annoying as fuck to me lol
Fiesta is fun! I still prefer Violeta, but Fiesta is a solid track. The album is nice too, overall there isn’t any track that ‘wows’ me but you can let each song play into the next since while the bsides aren’t noteworthy, they’re still pleasant to listen to lol
All the cuts are so confusing and I don't know if it's the lighting plus the filter they used but I genuinely can't recognize Sakura in this. I hear her but her face looks so different? I'll wait for the performance video like others have said lol. Song isn't the worst, but Violetta is way better
my current ranking will be LVER, Violeta, Fiesta. Fiesta tries to be quirky and uptempo compared to Violeta, but something is lacking. the girls definitely look good here. can't wait for the live performance because distribution seems quite well balanced here?
I feel like T-Ara mvs did a number on me because I didn't feel like the transitions/cuts in the video were too drastic lol
So far I'm not pumped up for this as much as I was (still am!) for Violeta but it is a nice song; wish their most recent jpn releases had this quality in the mixing/mastering :(
I LOVED IT SO MUCH But then again, I love chaos in both visuals and music wise, so I'm not surprised. the whole line division/visual time is annoying, mostly because I get where the company's going with who gets more time? I'm happy that Nako and Hitomi got more presence? mostly since I feel like they've grown so much with their time in izone. Angry at how underutilized Chaeyeon is at all times and mostly indifferent at them using Minju like crazy bc her visuals do make some points
Update - I watched the video and it’s really visually pleasing lol. The transitions really aren’t that bothersome at all, I’ve seen worse lol. But I ended up really liking it! The main outfits they wear for the MV I find pretty ugly though

Well I'll enjoy my Fiesta by myself then.
I thought it was a fun song, with amazing visuals and they ALWAYS kill it with choreography.
