Eyelash curlers scare me because I don't really understand how they work... how does she not accidentally pinch her eyelids???

re: eyelash curlers, the trick is to position them to where they're close to your lash line but not pinching. tbh usually you'll know immediately if you're catching skin in it as you start to squeeze so you can't hurt yourself too badly with them lol. my major issue with them is it's hard to get all your lashes in them at once

tbh only if you use mascara after you've curled them (tubing mascara works the best for me). if you use a heated eyelash curler (more expensive and also I have no experience with them lol) that should hold them up with no mascara since you're applying heat to the lashes the same way you would use heat styling tools with your hair to change the shape.
