The more I think about it, the more I feel sad.

Last week, they said x1 would resume activity and then boum, they disband. We thought we would have 5 years with them, instead it was 5 months and we didn't even get to say goodbye.

And, isn't it fishy that they decided to disband so suddenly without prior notice after multiple reassurances that they would support the group? And furthermore, disbanding cause they couldn't find an agreement after a meeting of a couple hours? Without further any explanation? It's so frustrating.

When they went on hiatus, fans held on, thinking "next comeback", "next time", but we won't even have that. Yohan couldn't dance for almost the entirety of their two months promotion. Seungyoun's group, Uniq, released ONE album and went on hiatus. Now, x1 only released ONE album and disbanded. Seungyoun doesn't deserve that. None of them deserve this, no matter who you consider "legitimate" or "rigged". They worked for it, now it's ripped from them and the members even apologized for the unexpected news. It was beyond their power and not their decision, yet the boys had to apologize. The higher ups should be the ones to kneel and apologize to them.

I'm only glad to see Seungyoun is NOT apologizing and that he is not giving up on his dream to stand on stage. That is one of the thing that worries the most. He has the skills to be a solo, but I feel particularly bad for him (And Hangyul) because he loves to be in a group and looked so happy and thriving with X1. And yet, this is the second time his experience in a group is cut short for reasons beyond his control. Poor guy can't catch a break.

I HATE THIS!!! This and the twice letters have soured me on kpop (not to mention 2019 in general), like fuck these agencies and fuck mnet. The guys in the group clearly did not want to disband. And x1’s company just sent out their fankits after acting like they would resume activities, why did they fuck with the fans emotions too? Idk this made me way more mad than I would have thought but I really liked this group and they had 5 years of potential ripped out of their hands bc these damn agencies are fucking shady. Like bro omg what is Hangyul going to do? His life makes me upset. I hope the best for IZ*ONE, i guess we will see which path was worse depending on how they do without being able to promote normally. I really hope they are successful. Both options are terrible, I can’t fathom how anyone in either group feels.
