I’m blanking on the exact group rn but this almost feels like a we the kings/boys like girls/relient k poppy punk sound? Almost gravity era switchfoot (I’m really showing my age lmao). It’s sweet and light and perfect for them so I’ll stan. I feel like they would do so well with a sigur ros-esque sound but I don’t think I’ll ever see the day ;~;

No one's posted the full album listen yet so I just wanna say I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO FKING MUCH. Oh my god, the experimental sounds, so many different genres but it's all done so well and still so Day6. Emergency made me freak out the first time I heard it just, it's so funky and NOT what I was expecting haha
The only song that's rly not my cup of tea is About Now (It drags a little for me and the vocoder effect just gets on my nerves a bit,) but literally every other song is a big thumbs up. I can't wait to see them live in Jan I just wsh they'd announce WHERE in London they were playing already...
