For those waiting to watch G-Dragon's first solo concert Shine A Light in clear HQ clips, here's to good news. The concert, which took place in December 09, is due to be released in Japan this February. The DVD does not include subtitles and can only be played on a region 3 DVD player.
And to the people expecting to see the controversial too hardcore for netizens songs (Breathe, Korean Dream, She's Gone) in clear HQ clips, I'm sorry to disappoint you. They deleted the songs to avoid any law infringement that may happen.
I'm sure this whole post is disappointing for non Jvips, but hey! There's something in it for us too. The Japanese channel TBS is going to broadcast the whole DVD February 13th, 10:00pm (Japanese Time). So you can tune in to watch it live stream.
