i'm really hoping this song follows their current japanese releases, opposed to their eng singles i don't like / replay :x & hopefully the styling is exciting too

OP, their latest Japanese EP definitely sounded very MX-y, so I’d be down for that. While I actually do love their English releases, they don’t have the same signature MX sound, so I wouldn’t mind if they go back to that. I’ve loved their styling lately though, so keep please haha

i’m surprised no one posted abt it, tbh! in general, their jpn promo >>>> eng promo but it’s so much harder to keep up with 😔 x-phenomena is definitely their best vid in a few & the song’s grown on me, i love it sfm now

ia abt them not having (or keeping) their sound for american releases! i don’t really get it tho, since they’re not catering to top 40 pop tastes either, it all feels so old school boy band~ and it’s a shame they don’t play out their more ‘them’ elements

I don’t think it helps that Japanese copyright laws or whatever are so strict. Makes it really hard to follow Japanese promotions. I loooooove Livin’ It Up and the mv is so good. It honestly is in my top five singles from them.

Hmm to me it sounds like fresh boy band/trendy song elements, but I think they want to get radio play and establish some American credibility before leaning into their sound too much. I hope if/when that happens, their label gives them more leeway.

Everything aside, I would love if we got more Wonho-written tracks. I really love the songs he writes. 🥰
