May I ask, what does the performance team do, besides lead the dancing? Like I can see a vocal or hip hop album, but does performance have albums too? Or just be bestest at stage stuff?

They are all quite involved in choreographing! Besides Hoshi, who co-choreos the title tracks, they chroreo their unit songs and for example Dino choreographed Flower. Jun&The8 did My I (i think...not 100% sure).
And performance unit really found their music style starting from Highlight onwards. (lilili yabbay, swimming fool, moonwalker are all great). 247 (their track from the latest album) is a complete 180 in style for them.

I'm feeling sorry i don't like it more because the boys probably had to film this more often often than usual to get all the shots and now we fans prefer the good old fixed cam xD

how did they watch this and think yeah that's pleasant and not at all nauseating? one of the things people always praise about their choreographies is their formations, none of which are visible in this video. pledis just love sabotaging all of the boys' hard work by being fucking unnecessary and stupid.

Back when Seventeen debuted and I followed them for a bit I convinced myself that my bias was Hoshi. With this comeback I spent most of Sunday and yesterday crying in tumblr's Woozi tag and now Mingyu has the nerve to confuse me even more.
I really like what little we can see from the choreo, they really make use of the number of people they have.
