PLOT: Jang Man-Wol (IU) is the CEO of Hotel del Luna. The hotel is situated in downtown in Seoul and has a very old appearance. She made a big error many years ago and, because of this, she has been stuck at Hotel del Luna. She is beautiful, but she is fickle, suspicious and greedy.

Koo Chan-Sung (Yeo Jin Goo) worked as the youngest assistant manager ever at a multinational hotel corporation. He is a sincere perfectionist. He looks level-headed, but he actually has a soft disposition. Due to an unexpected case, he begins to work as a manager at Hotel del Luna. The hotel's clientele consists of ghosts.

I just love how Chan Sung shows how much he cares for Man Weol. That ending on episode 13! And a crying Chan Sung at the end of episode 14, is how I looked like after watching these 2 episodes!

Favorite scenes this week: The end of EP 13 with possessed Changsung and how Manwol's eyes shifted from worry to suspision. And in Ep 14 when Manwol imagined kiling Changsung and when Changsung cried at the end. I LOVE THE ANGST

YJG really shines in those "heavier" scenes, gosh, him crying felt so real, it had me crying too.

YJG is such a good actor (I'm watching Circle right now because I need more YJG in my kdrama life & tvn asia airs it everyday hahaha) the ending scene on both episodes showed so much emotions.

Speaking of fave scenes, I also like the part where the 3 ghost employees came to help Chan Sung wearing all black looking so fierce!

Gonna miss this drama so much when it ends! IU really has gotten so much better since Moon Lovers.

This is why I swore to myself I would stop watching IU dramas since Scarlet Heart. I ALWAYS CRY MY HEART OUT! AND IT'S NOT OKAY!
but nooooo. I had to watch the first episode and be hooked.... Jesus... That scene from ep 14 killed me... I can't... I just can't!

I totally get how you feel. Imagine Chan Sung waiting for a month, not knowing if Man Weol will return, seeing the tree thats withered...I cried so much too at the end of ep 14.

It's just that... It gets on my feelings and I'm not emotionally ready to cry as much I cried with Scarlet Heart. I cried so much when the first manager left and died, now Chan Sung starts crying like that... My heart is weak 😭

This drama also made me cry a lot. If the ending scene of ep 14 is a preview of how much crying there will be on the final 2 episodes, we better be ready.

this episodes was really pro man crying.

when detective star to cry in the cap and chan sung in the bust stop. and for the same woman.

I feel the Man wol and captain thing was resolved so fast, maybe bc she has other points of views. the she understood everything so quickly.

they gonna meet in another life? bc in this one Man wol has to go.

so heartful from both of them. IU has grown so much, not only serving looks but serving feels this drama. And the last scene with YJG episode 14, damn had me crying too.


tho i'm...really not impressed by how the drama does 'conclusions' (Chan-Sung and the mom, Man Weol and Cheong-Myung) and it has me slightly worried for how they will resolve Hyung-Joong's story and split with Yoona, Man Weol coming back and the future of Hotel Del Luna.

Tbh, I thought there would be something more grand with the captain and I was hopeful after that ending scene of episode 13. But then again, this drama is from the Hong sisters so I'm kinda used to it.

I agree so much on your point about the conclusions...which makes me kinda worried for the drama's final conclusion, even when i'm enjoiyng the drama right now. The Hong Sisters are SO close to making their best drama since Master's Sun.

firefly boy could have died by himself and saved yeon woo and the other but didnt lol and im supposed to feel bad for him? ok
they could have dragged that plot a little longer like chan sungs mom plot it felt too short and resolved too easily? like what are they gonna focus on for the last 2 episodes

ep 14 had me in my feels...yeon woo had me crying this ep :( esp chan sung at the end wooow T_T but man wol heard him and turned towards him that moment!!! i cried even more
