BoA expressed her gratitude to fans on her 19th debut anniversary.

On August 25, BoA took to her personal Instagram account and shared a handwritten message that read, “Thanks for having me for 19 years! I will always strive to bring happiness to you all through my music! I appreciate you all so much. Thank you for always motivating me.”

BoA is celebrating her 19th anniversary today as she released her first album “ID; Peace B” on August 25, 2000. The singer has an illustrious career both in and outside of Korea, making her mark as one of Korea’s top solo female artists.

she had such awesome releases last year. honestly, she's got a consistently good discography imo.

i have to admit tho, i feel like a lot of newer kpop fans just don't appreciate her enough. a lot of people's faves wouldn't be around if BoA wasn't!

She was my first ever Kpop artist. The reason I got into this genre way back in the early 2000s. Milky Way was my first ever Kpop song. I am so glad she is still around and still making music. I get sad when my other faves disband or fade into obscurity and you never hear from them again. I wish her all the success and happiness.
