I freaking love cook book, they're so pretty but I usually google recipe and make them my own
I love to bake mostly (I make some deliciuos Biscotti morbidi al limone if I dare say so myself and my orange chocolate chip coffee cake is pretty awesome) but I also make great lasagna, pretty much all the french classics, italian..., I venture into asian classics with more or less success depending on the recipe

I usually homecook every meal, I'm from the type of family where feeding people is a way of showing love so I cook a lot XD

I don't own a lot of cook books, but my grandparents gifted me with a baking book when i turned 18 and it's the best. And also, another "cook book" that i got when i was a kid that has the best crepe recipe.
Since then, I mostly share around recipes with various people i meet in life, like roommates, friends, friends of friends, i love how I'm accumulating my own collection of recipes :D

Recently, I "found" (googled) a great Italian pasta salad with arugula and tomatoes that I've been making every two weeks since then. i do have quite a lot of cookbooks, mainly bc my parents have a lot of them + some were gifted to me
but usually i just google recipes and adjust them accordingly to my taste, these days half my youtube recs are just cooking vids lmao

i would definitely buy both of jaejoong's cookbooks but $$$

PS- cookbooks just collect dust, and if in the kitchen, grimy/greasy dust. just say no!

we used to get a weekly newspaper that always had a separate little booklet of recipes in it. we have that and a bunch of other cookbooks that we accumulated over the years! i'm good with turkish dishes because that's what i eat most of the time lmao. and lasagna and that kind of stuff! i love blogs like minimalistbaker where i get a lot of recipes from. oh and also this guy on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/user/CookingShooking)!! i love the food he makes omg i'm determined to go through as many of his recipes as i can

Rather than book, I buy cooking magazines for particular occasions. They usually have cool thematic recipes in them or are about certain cooking history

I also binge tasty videos but who doesn't ahhaha
