(Former) SBS anchor Kim Seong-joon busted for secretly filming woman's lower body on Seoul subway last week. Denied it, but photo was allegedly found on his phone. Has resigned, booked without detention.

(Former) SBS news anchor and now talk show host Kim Seong-joon busted for secretly filming woman's lower body on Seoul subway last week.

Police caught him red-handed. He denied it first, but when the police confronted him with the pictures found on his phone, he admitted them saying he is keen "on taking pictures and made a mistake while heavily drunk." He added he is "terribly sorry."

Has resigned, booked without detention.

Thought I'd check how SBS is reporting news of one of their own being busted for #molka. An article was published this morning, since I'm guessing name/media name was not disclosed at the time.

Yeah the fact that they have outright shots of cleavage and half-naked women in a listing for a major site just shows what the primary use of those hidden cameras are. It’s gotten to the point that just a harmless prank or surprise event video with the word “molka” in the title makes me think of sex crimes instead of just a hidden camera :/

I know men film women upskirt around the world but that ad is really helping to normalize this kind of behavior. The culture needs to change too so men are told not to do these things instead of telling women to avoid wearing skirts and taking other precautions. He needs to realize why he did was wrong as to not to do it again besides just getting a punishment
