they need to get working visas to perform abroad with each concert/appearance. everyone needs one and all your gear also needs to be logged, if you're bringing any. the us is pretty notorious for paper delays and issues if you don't do they properly and submit them on time, it's gotten worse under trump obv.

visas are a pain in the goddamn ass, the amount of paperwork needed is headache inducing and you often need to submit it weeks if not months in advance. it's bureaucracy at its worst and most awkward
