sunny side up is of course amazing. i also really really like LP and its jazz feel! so summery and refreshing. red velvet continues to slay with their b-sides
Bad single, great b-sides. LP is my favorite; it's so dreamy. Parade is a bop and will probably ~the song of the summer~ for me. Overall, this is a good mini. It's just a shame the single was... what it is lol.
their b-sides just get better with every release omg. personally sunny side up & lp > parade > milkshake > bing bing but i see myself looping the whole mini!
Any of these songs could have made a better title than Zimzalabim. Any of them. Though my top picks would have to be either Milkshake (a safe sound for their brand) or Sunny Side Up (a slower, more mature sound that’s bound to be fresh).
Yeah sunny side up is great but this mini overall let me down like I think this is their worst mini imo, RBB mini >>> this mini and Zimzalabim sounds like an f(x) song through and through, it reminds me of a mashup of Pinocchio and red light

i had low expectations for this bc of the lukewarm comments i saw abt the mini in the other thread but surprise bitch they pulled through on at least one aspect of the cb, this is gud shit i don't rly get the praise for sunny side up, it just doesn't do it for me. i probably won't put it or bing bing on my playlist, but they're not bad songs. my faves are lp and milkshake, servin that instant earworm goodness. the jazz break in lp is a gift
also yeri sweetie i love you but you need to Stop doing whatever it is you're doing in those psuedo-rap lines, i've had it w the overly cutesy aegyo tone
the mini is definitely much better than the title track. my faves are LP, sunny side up and milkshake. some parts of LP remind me of hotline bling though lol but i love the sax solo at the end. milkshake is funky and catchy while sunny side up sounds like a good driving song while you're on a roadtrip or something
Seulgis and Wendy's voices are everything (and idk but for some reason I dislike Joys voice on red songs for some reason xD or at least on recent songs I didn't remember disliking it so much on Dumb Dumb for ex...🤔)
Every song is better than Zimzalabim :( I honestly would have picked Parade as a single. It fits both the circus/attraction park theme and summer, but it's a little weirder in instrumental (at least for me??) than previous Red Velvet summer tracks (which have been really bright/poppy) so it wouldn't feel out of place like Power Up felt (I still jam to it but it was weird to get ut right after Bad Boy). I think it could have done well on charts too. Sunny Side Up took a few listens to grow on me but I'm converted now. It's amazing, I love the groove and harmonies. I also enjoy Milkshake and Bing Bing, they're both fun summer bsides. LP is my personal favourite of the mini, the production is insane, I loooove the jazzy feel to it. I'm going to replay it a lot while dozing off in the summer heat (whenever there's heat because today feels like Autumn where I am lol)

i like all the songs, but sunny side up especially. i agree with someone saying that the title track doesn't fit with the rest and im still wondering who decided it was a good idea to release it now and as a summer song.
