Sulli Confirmed To Release First Solo Track

Sulli will be releasing her first solo song in 14 years since making her debut as a child actress in 2005!

On June 10, reports emerged that Sulli was preparing to release a solo song within the month. A source from SM Entertainment responded to the reports and said, “It’s true that Sulli is preparing to release a solo song. As of now, the plan is for the music to be released in late June.”

After making her debut as a child actress in 2005, Sulli made her debut as an idol in 2009 as a member of the girl group f(x). She left the group in August 2015 and has been focusing on her acting career since. However, Sulli is set to delight fans with her singing once more as she prepares for a solo track.

there are valid reasons to dislike her for and you pick her lack of talent? she had the most public recognition back when she was in f(x) and brought a lot of attention to the group because of her good looks. she didn't hold them back in any way but idol life started to take a toll on her and she stopped caring.

i don't see how it's weird? it's not like she stopped liking singing and making music, she was just over idol life. it's mostly a gift for fans who've stuck around until now.

Even though I didn’t really feel anything when she left f(x) - (while I love some f(x) music - Amber and Luna are the only ones I focused on. That’s why it would be cool to see them together again but tbh all I want is a permanent Amber/Luna duo. I’ve mentioned before this group was one where the music made me a fan, not the girls specifically)

I really enjoyed her feature on Dean’s track and I’m curious how her new music could turn out! I’m here for her being involved with music again.

Her career is so strange to me. She wanted out of the group because she didn’t like the idol life and wanted to focus on acting... but she literally only did One acting role before stopping and focusing on modeling instead? To each their own, I suppose.

Well, I can't fault someone for changing their mind on something. That being said... she brought absolutely nothing musically/performance wise to f(x) so I wonder...what she even has to bring to a music release lol. Lets be completely honest, she was put in the group as a pretty face and that's really all she ended up being until her departure. There's nothing wrong with that, but I do find it odd that she'd want to specifically do something with music even after all that.

Really liked her recent collab with DEAN. Although she maybe didn't add much in stage presence when with f(x), her voice is very sweet and haunting when handled well, so I'm excited!
