I can hold up a plank for about 30 seconds as well, and it is tiering af, but no more painful than doing crunches, push ups or whatever. Am I doing it wrong? Lol.

When I was active on muay thai, I could easily do planks for 2 minutes and not care at all, Now that I’m just doing zumba twice a week and lifting weights here and there, I can barely plank for 1 min. Is it better than doing abs exercises?

I went to boxing classes and kpop dance cover class during spring but they ended this week and now idk what to do, I like classes with a instructor bc doing stuff alone when you're not 100% sure you're doing it right is so much easiest but the costs of these classes man...

So rn I just do routines I've found on youtube. Now that I have some knowledge of boxing I could do it on my own with a punching bag but I need a punching bag for that... ugh.

I love fitness but my schedule is a bit hectic so while I’m trying to get back into my weightlifting routine, in the mean time to make sure I get something in I make sure to do 100 push-ups and 5 sets of 1 minute planks.

i really want to get back on track... i always go back to following blogilates' monthly calendar 'cause (1) it's free (2) even though i can't stand the way she talks and her video is on mute all the time, i feel like my body is represented when i watch her because she's actually on softer side and not like ripped with 6-packs and stuff. like i feel a shared sense of vindication seeing her outdid all those buff muscly dudes in her recent abs series, because i know i'll never get those toned abs lol

i've been doing muay thai 1x a week for these past 2 months and i find the usual 30-45 mins videos from youtube are more tiring lol. maybe bc the breaks are so short for those videos.
yesterday i tried poundfit. it was alright, but i realized i'm really dumb with following some sort of choreograph without breaking down the movements lol. and it's really lower body heavy, so i don't really love it.

I work out 5 times a week, trying to make it 6 but I’m so lazy to go on weekends bc my gym is by my office, not my house. I do M pilates, Tu HIIT, W barre, T barre, and F cardio barre where you attach the bands to the barre. I need to do more cardio, I have strength but my belly won’t go away bc I eat bad and don’t do enough cardio. I used to spin T/Th after work but ugh I just wanna go home nowadays

I've been swamped with thesis work so unfortunately gym has fallen to the wayside but I plan to get back into it+ diet overhaul right before Ramadan
