the kill this love stage was great! they look way more comfortable and charismatic on stage, their tour experience seems to have helped them a lot. the rest of the choreo is great too, they showed the most boring parts in the mv imo. the song still doesnt do anything though.
"kill this love" outfits are great. pretty much the first time i can actually see that it's a different era because usually their outfits are kinda the same. choreo is also better than whatever was shown in mv but it's so disjointed... now "dkwtd" is amazing! not my fav track but they were selling it. girls look cute and lovely and choreo is just great. lines for each member also felt very balanced. wish it was the title track because i would love to get a whole promo cycle like this. but i REALLY wish i didn't have to see someone's safety shorts during every single second of the performance. i know it's their stylists' shtick to give them super short outfits but jfc they aren't just standing still and looking pretty on stage. it was so excessive and took me out of performance.
They’re just following the trend of all girl groups right now, wearing super short skirts with safety shorts under when they could’ve just worn shorts. I wish they would go crazier with their fashion like 2ne1 did
well i certainly won't deny that it was always a thing but nobody does it like bp stylists. most of the time you see some flashes here and there (especially when cameramen go for low angles and basically take upskirt shots) but not to this extend.
Sometimes it seems weird that YG made 2ne1, cause 2ne1 was like true 'girl crush', while BP is just showing how geared to men/uncle fans they are. I guess YHS just got tired of his 'ugly' group and wanted something he enjoyed himself. :P
I liked the performances ! Overall they looked comfortable, touring did them well Kill This Love's choreo is better than the shots we got in the MV. Still wish the song was better/different, I really like the pre-chorus and outro but not much the rest. Great outfits too. Don't Know What to Do was much cuter than I expected. I'm glad they performed it, it's my favourite from their EP
On the negative side : I wish their outfits were not as short as they are TT it was especially jarring in their Don't Know What to Do performance :(
Touring is really paying off for them, they've gotten so much better compared to the lackluster DX4 comeback stages. I still wish there was another chorus after the "gotta kill this love" part.I feel like it finally gets super hype but the drop never happens

This comeback really is just like the D4 comeback: Strong, girlcrush outfits for the title track, playful and cute outfits for the second title track (both Forever Young & DKWTD).
KTL choreo is a joke but DKWTD is actually not bad.
Lisa was the best part of these performances she really sold the songs for me but still not a fan of both of these songs though and no thanks to the choreo. How do groups from smaller companies have more interesting choreo than a company with access to world class choreographers?
Right? The lazy uninspired choreography is what bothers me soooo much as well as the fact that it's so repetitive. Several moves from KTS and DKWTD come from their previous choreographies. I mean there's nothing wrong with having a signature move and there's only so many things you can do but here it's uh .. really obvious they keep doing the same damn thing with a couple of variables.
i love how divisive everyone is lmao i personally enjoy that song and the mv minus a couple warddrobe choices, other than that, id blast this in the morning to work or to the gym sooo xD
DDDD is a much better song with a much better choreo, but damn do they sell KTL better. Goes to show that actual live performances are the best practice, I'm glad they improved so much in terms of charisma. It's about time (has it been 4 years? lol)
Jennie in that Lara Croft outfit is the first time I thought she looks hot/interesting.
i feel like the summery vibe of DKWTD doesnt fit the song. the song is kinda moody right. the choreo is fine tho
KTL was good. i can see their energy. and i feel like this is the first time they really do girl crush/strong concept. idk if yg really stated from beginning if that's what their concept is, but other than D4 (even then as a song, not the concept). they just have a young girls having fun kinda vibe. idk.
