Taemin reminds me of Tao in the sense that they both are gender non-conforming kings. Though Tao in a sense is different, he's said several times he'd enjoy life better being a girl.

Yes, he was part of a campaign about violence against women and an interviewer asked him if he ever thought about life as a girl? And despite all the violence women receive, he said he would enjoy life more as a girl.
It’s not surprising at all, haha. He’s always complaining how he’s too big and never finds women clothes in his size, and he does enjoy using female clothes and products like perfumes. He uses skirts sometimes too, mostly for his concerts haha

Ikr? I have the feeling he just shops on offline stores and @ China which there’s prob 0 plus size or any sizes bigger than L. Same with the luxury brands who hardly cater to anyone bigger than a size 4. I know he has some pieces from the female line of YSL though.

he's come a long way since 2014. i remember a few years ago when he was dead set on being viewed as "more manly" and got upset at every mention of his femininity or beauty (though i don't blame him because people used it as way to make fun of him).

it's clear that jonghyun played a big part in helping him become more comfortable / look at things in a different way. he'd be proud.

yeah. ;; from him writing pretty boy for him (and saying it was based on conversations they'd had about gender roles, masculinity vs. femininity, etc.) to other stuff like jjong telling him not to be shy about expressing his sensuality / sexuality in his performances because neither are anything to be embarrassed about. it's a lot.

I think taemin is one of the few examples that he actually grows and realizes things were said in his past and now he thinks differently.
With that said, I love that he explores his androgynous side more and more and keeps doing his thing. He remains the only reason why I even listen to kpop

I really love their colorful "alien" eye makeup in the outdoor/crop circle scenes. You can see it better in Gain's and JeA's closeup scenes. It's so pretty!



I like this weird vampire makeup, too lol. I think I like Hongbin's the most but it's all really good.
