Fascinating to watch how they navigate so many people! I love watching stuff like this, i lost count of how many youtube videos i watched about the daily life of families with tons of kids.
As someone that has experienced taking care of student tour groups of up to 40 people, I understand his pain lol Overall, it's a pretty fun job, specially if you get close to the participants, but it can be really tiring at the end of the day XD I can't wait to watch the whole ep!
Seungkwan said they have went through 15 managers in that position and no one lasts longer than 6 months. That's not cute. PLEDIS is burning them out. They need to hire more managers to give others some days off because the whole go to sleep at 2AM, wake up at 5 and like no breaks throughout the day is fucked up. Like even when 17 are napping he's awake supervising them. I feel badly for him tbh.
If no manager is lasting and they are not getting even their basic rights, then of course things need to change on Pledis end. Maybe the show will bring some criticism and help improve the situation.
ugh, loving this for the cute, but this show made me realize on how bad pledis handle their employee.
3road managers for 13people is too little. they should have around 5road managers atleast when seventeen on promotional period and rotate them. how do you expect people sleep at 1am/2am and wake up before 6am everyday healthy enough to driving a car? they should rotate it and gave them 2day in - 1day off to manage the manager health. not to mention their low pay, it's understanable why they have 15 people white flagging this job.
