i have soooo many thoughts on this album so i'm going to put them under a spoiler


the intro is pretty nice and we've heard it in the music film but whatever. i'm glad changkyun narrated in korean and not english because that can be quite awkward? sometimes

alligator is a pretty safe title, i don't really see how it's more intense than shoot out (music wise)
the chorus is my least favorite part but overall i enjoy it a lot especially the bridge. i love love when jooheon and changkyun rap back and forth

ghost: i have nothing to say about this song tbh... maybe it'll grow on me but it's easily my least fave. i do like that it's kind of eerie?

play it cool: i wasn't excited about the steve aoki collab at all but oh wow did mr aoki prove me wrong. this is my favorite song on the album and favorite song released this year so far. jooheon sounds so good singing on this track, they all do.

no reason is the first non ot7 song that i like as a group song. idk with from zero and i do love u there was something that bothered me (the rapping tbh) but this sounds really pleasant and cute. the arrangement is good.

give me dat: i also don't have much to say about this song but not in a bad way like with ghost. i like it and it has many interesting elements but it's not an instant favorite.

turbulence: i didn't think i would like this song so much based on the preview. shownu sounds great and he's kind of rapping? i love it when he does his sing-rapping.

rodeo: this song is so wacky but in the best way possible. there's a horse whinnying in the background. minhyuk's "baby baby babe" and that pre chorus. i absolutely LOVE it. also the instrumental. and i think shownu is also kind of rapping again at one point?

stealer: the beginning with the gun cocking sounds like trailer music and everything leading up to the chorus sounds like a kim petras song? it's very halloween-y. probably my favorite after play it cool

i love how party time is the chillest song on this album. it's a good ending to the album. i love the parts where they're singing together, very cute.

it was a solid album, i still like are you there better, but the songs in this album are different, in a good way.

i'm mad i didn't listen to this sooner, i had it on repeat all day. alligator is probably my least favourite - i don't skip it, i just really love the rest of the album (i also spent all day thinking it was called crocodile... whoops lol)
