she had enteritis which is basically rly bad diarrhea usually from food poisoning so she was prob super dehydrated or had the flu

it's pretty common for agencies to say enteritis tbh I've seen a lot of statements with it. Leeteuk from SJ had to sit out SMtown for the same reason. I kind of appreciate the honesty "they're shitting their brains out hope you understand why they can't perform" better than lying and saying something else and worrying people or making it seem like you're hiding something.
