Date: 2019-02-08 11:17 am (UTC)well i guess they did get to eat some more of their beloved korean food after all! i'm still kinda ??? about it but whatever. at one part, the mc actually asks them why youngjae can't seem to eat thai food but they sadly cut off right then so i guess i'll never know. they kinda made it look like he couldn't eat it because of the smell but? i can't imagine it being super different from korean food? someone who knows about this stuff please explain!!
i'm never gonna get the sound of jinyoung making that whiny aegyo voice thing out of my mind ever lmfao it's just too good
and one last thing, i know i say this every time but bam is seriously so!!!!!! I LOVE HIM
i loved that he volunteered to go to that other city all by himself because he knew the others would have a much harder time than him..... a sweet baby

Date: 2019-02-08 07:50 pm (UTC)lmfaooo oh my gosh i just went back and watched that scene again but i think you might be right that he just seems like the type that mothers love? i wish someone could tell us what exactly she said because the korean translation just says that he has a different feel/aura to him than the other members which... yeah i guess is true and she might just be referring to his prince jinyoung aura! and bam is obviously just making fun of him lmfao but either way that was hilarious

Date: 2019-02-13 04:58 am (UTC)I always liked BamBam, but now I love him. He is a gift, and now I believe Got7 works 66.6% bc of him. (it used to be like 77% Bam & Yug, with like JB to lead, but now JB and Yug have to split the remainder.) But Holy Smell, he used like 8 spritzes of cologne, UGH. Did they send him off bc he had a schedule?
I appreciate that as much as the host shuts them down, he encourages them to try again and rewards them. I liked how he kept going back to Youngjae, and rewards them for anything they do. He really does do a good job, and it seems the boys really are comfy with him.
That Thai boy is so cute.

Right off the bat I'm irritated by this Korean food obsession, but I'm going to hang in there. It's just so unnecessary, they can enjoy Thailand without it diminishing their Koreaness or Korean cuisine. (like in previous trips to Thailand where they went crazy for things like the mangos.) (Plus they all over stuff their mouths and eat ickly.) But I did enjoy Grumpy Mark returning.
Also, my native LA ass is going to point out by what I have seen of his house, car, etc., Mark is not rich. I understand PPP differentials, but it's not really fair to Mark to say that when by our standards he's not. (nor does his family seem to suffer, at all.)
