it's possible CUBE will push someone in CLC to take that big female soloist spot HyunA filled on the roster in the near future. Numbers don't come in until tomorrow but they've charted higher on international charts than previously so it might be a good sign for another comeback this year.

CUBE's schedule is so fucked rn and they need a release from their only group with public recognition and a full line up to bring in some $$.

I'm feeling they will push Soyeon of G-Idle as the next big female soloist to be honest. It happened with Hyuna before. They started putting her in collab groups and gettting her recognition. Then, she debuted with Change and the rest was history.

I wish it was Seungyeon but I doubt it.

She's the very obvious choice but idk if Cube rly can sacrifice their biggest GG by pushing one of them solo rn that's why my thoughts were Seungyeon. they could start building her up as kind of a new artist all over again.

Hyuna debuted with 4Minute on June 15, 2009 (granted she had some exposure with Wonder Girls first) and debuted solo with Change on January 4, 2010

While G-ilde debuted May 2, 2018 with Soyeon already having solo debut experience and Produce 101 and Unpretty Rapstar exposure.

I wonder if Cube will try to follow the same formula. I do agree that if they pushed Soyeon the rest of G-ilde would likely fizzle like 4Minute. I guess they are trying to push Yeeun since Black Dress. I don't know...I want to know what Cube is doing.

not surprised by this - due to the sudden success they had last year after only putting out two singles, cube is probably determined to keep promoting these girls so the hype doesn't die down.
