I don't know if I can sit through 5 1.5 mins of these not-so-subtle flower boy teasers but undoubtedly, they will appeal to a whole new audience lol

Mythical blue flowers introduced as part of the BU (Bangtan/Big Hit Universe). It really began with this: https://www.soompi.com/article/1024863wpp/btss-jin-posts-photo-results-viral-fan-theories-comeback.

The flowers have been seen in multiple MVs and in the Love Yourself drama. The flower means the Truth Untold, which also is a song off of Love Yourself: Tear album.

Within the last 3-4 weeks, Smeraldo Books, a "bookstore," opened up recently to publish The Notes, diary entries (included in physical album purchases) supporting the HYYH-era stories told in the Prologue, I Need U, and Run MVs. Smeraldo Books also released a webtoon called Save Me, which visually depicts the stories from The Notes.

The flowers have become the symbol for the BU and there are no signs of the story reaching a conclusion and some signs pointing towards TxT continuing this updated version of The Song That Never Ends.

Now, you know why the question We really are going there? Most fans would rather see a resolution than continuing the on-going saga with the next group. But maybe it's smart marketing ploy because if fans were checking for TxT but not BTS, they'll eventually and inadvertently be drawn into the BTS' storyline trying to keep up with everything.

I just don't think I have strength to do this for another group/fandom lol

Yep, I remember that interview. I also agree that this is planned marketing tactic to connect fanbases, retain loyalty to the company, and generate additional revenue.

I still contend though that while "most fans" don't want a conclusion to the story or universe, "most fans" want a resolution to BTS' story. Every social media platform has fans questioning when we are getting answers to theories or when we will get to the end of the story. These are legit questions.

The key to the success in the Marvel Universe is that each character has his/her own story in his/her own world that overlaps or influences another character's story and world. The characters and stories have resolutions while also piquing interest into the next round of characters and worlds. Big Hit has piqued interest but offered no resolution at this point. The Notes and Save Me probably has/will offer some new materials but won't likely offer a resolution. Maybe the next promotional rounds will...but more importantly, they should. Without one, fatigue will set in and you stop caring about what's going to happen next, let alone be interested in getting involved in another character's story and universe because you know it'll be more of the same with no payoff.

So, I'm not against the universe. It's smart move by Big Hit because nothing spells death for fandom than the lack of toys to play with + it serves a bridge between groups. What am I leery about is laziness of execution because they know this is a goldmine.
