I sometimes need a reminder that everyone goes down their own paths in their own speeds. When I see other people my age already having a good career or are slowly starting to plan their family, I do compare myself to them more than I'd like :(
that's why i deactivated by facebook account. i don't wanna see the people i graduated school with being successful while i'm still stuck in university. i first did this when i got diagnosed with depression and it helped a lot.
I'm pretty sure I've seen this around before, so I know Aimee didn't write it, though she probs translated it, but I nearly quit reading at the mention of trump's name. Even Reagan would have been better. That said; it's a lovely reminder to go at one's own pace.
She doesn't come off as a T**** supporter to me so hoping that was just her being sloppy or something. A nice post otherwise, I need messages like this these days :')
fuck trump, but i guess if his crazy ass can become president then yeah anythings possible lmao. i don't think she wrote this, i feel like i've seen something similar somewhere else.
but the overall message is very nice. i constantly have to tell myself that the road i'm taking might not be as fast or as best as others but i'm doing it.
