Don't remember what happened? Here's the omona post

This was in response to someone asking if she still talked to Sori and about the preparations for the MV.
Watch her full twitch broadcast here (interesting stuff starts around 1-hour in)

Stuff she says:
Company rushed her comeback because they wanted to promote Sori right afterwards. She only got to promote once on music shows while Sori was on shows like 15 times.
Says Sori and Coco used to bond really well together and had great teamwork. Sori didn't want to do CocoSori anymore, she wanted to act. Coco said she'd continue doing music and did her own stuff. Company prevented Sori from acting. Sori didn't let her know about her solo. Coco found out when Sori posted her YT-video. Coco thought the company was broke and couldn't support her, so she had to do a kickstarter and ask her friends...turned out company was preparing for Sori's debut and fully backed her.
Coco's budget was 20K, she shot her mv in a couple of hours and rented an airbnb as shooting location. the male actor is a friend of hers. The MV production budget was 2K, her producer friend shot it.
Meanwhile Sori got a really famous mv director and they built a set for her.

Originally CocoSori was supposed to be a child-friendly concept.
Coco is only doing YT and Twitch right now. She had to pay for her own lessons, so she's not doing them. Is frustrated that the company treats the two of them so differently and that people don't know.

She didn't make a cent during CocoSori.

I know some ppl here don't like her and in the last post, she was criticized for being unprofessional? Which I get, she's not being v considerate of Sori's rep with fans, but I understand why she feels betrayed and I think we should encourage ppl to speak out against unfair treatment

And if the company wanted to dedicate their resources to Sori instead of Coco, they could have been up front about it and possibly avoided Coco putting all this out there

Yeah they should just say it directly to her

This is not surprising cominig from a music labels and it's very reminiscent of the Lip Service situation.

But as much as I appreciate some insight, I'm feeling a bit 'eh' about how Sori is being 'dragged' into a situation which is basically the result of their company being messy. Sori not telling Coco about her debut could very well be imposed on her by the company so I wouldn't blame her per se (more than anything they were co-workers sharing a work project). Coco comes of as being a bit bitter, which I can understand, lbr I'd be bitter too and the company was quite unprofessional imo, but still

That being said: from a business pov, I'd also put my money on Sori

help prepping her comeback from staff (since she makes it sound like she didn't have as much guidance), a heads up that Sori was going to debut solo, and an honest explanation about why the budget for coco's solo was what it was is all she rly deserves in this situation.

just because someone else in your agency gets xx doesn't mean you're also deserving of it because you're also on the roster. that's not how anything works in life not just in kpop. that's some sibling rivalry logic.

Honestly I think Sori is comfortable with doing more adult things and so they are happy to fund her. I feel bad for her but its not Sori's fault.

who of them is the one with bullying rumors?

i think girlie here is lacking some business knowledge... as others have already said, just because artist x has more budget and gets to promote longer because they're more profitable doesn't mean that the same applies to you.

She might be the worst person in the world to y’all but it is obvious she is being treated unfairly. She isn’t dragging anyone else either when she was literally in a group with the other person and she is showing you how she is being treated and y’all are still acting like she’s ruining her partner’s career by comparing them?
Plus does she really have a choice when it seems like her relationship with both the company and the partner look like it’s almost over?

This is a pretty clear case of mistreatment but somehow the undertone here is it’s business so she should shut up and endure?

Wow.

Right? I would be pissed too if I was her.

Also some of the comments are really shocking? If my company was playing this bullshit against me, I would kick up a big fuss. This is so shitty and the fact she's got to use Twitch, YT and Kickstarter to fund her stuff, wtf.

The projection in these comments is unreal lmaoo she was just... giving an answer to a question that was asked? she only told her story from her pov. Had she not mentioned Sori, people would've keep asking and the comments would say "wow she didn't even mention Sori, what a bxxch, she really must hate her"

Also business logic says that whenever an artist in your roster isn't profitable you tell them upfront and drop them off your label instead of weirdly leaving them hanging on. This is just regular kpop label fuckery. Is the music industry fair? hell no! but are artists allowed to be mad about it? hell yeah!
