tbh that strikes me as cringey

it does reminds me of myself in my active ed days, it wasn't enough for me to know i'd lost weight but i felt like i always needed other ppl to know what size i was and how much i was losing bc i thought they'd value me less if they thought i was bigger than i actually was

(for the record, i'm not diagnosing her but i don't think it's a stretch to say that luna has an unhealthy fixation with her body)

i agree about the unhealthy fixation bit. thinking back to how frail she looked 4walls era and the fact that she said she had to gain weight to be able to feel comfortable singing live and dancing for her solo debut, it makes me sad to see how much she's talking about weight loss now tbh

I remember how much people kept pointing out Sulli being "chubby" or having cankles back in the day. Then when she got skinnier legs it was all about her getting those leg shots. They can't win, I don't understand why anyone would even want to try and get approval from these neckbeards anyway.

The comments are gross tho, she's allowed to feel good about her current body, who cares about the passive-aggressive caption :/ I personally think it's admirable how she managed to get what she wanted through such hardwork, and she deserves compliments. Tbh it'd hurt me when I managed to lose weight and people were like, "you look better before." as if all the effort is just a piece of trash, meh.

She’s an incredibly accomplished musical theatre actress, dancer, and singer. There are literally hundreds of other really interesting things she could be talking about on her YouTube channel but she chooses to focus on the one with a potentially awful impact on her viewers.

If she wants to do pandering vanity content I’d rather she do make up tutorials or fashion hauls than this.

I wonder if it's a result of her always being one of the less popular members and her only ever getting a bit of attention when it's to do with her looks even though she's a fantastic singer. The way she fixates on her weight is super unhealthy and while I'm sure most female idols are conditioned to be like this the fact that she makes it such a bit part of who she is when as you say she has so much more to offer is worrying.

i saw her posing with some super sad looking pasta yesterday (literally looked like a few noodles with some tomato sauce slapped on) and couldn't help but wonder if that was a legit meal for her. Watching what's happened to her since my peak fx stan days kills me. Netizens were so cruel to her for being... normal? healthy? god, it's awful.
