On October 8, the agencies of Jo Jung-Suk and Gummy announced that the couple is officially married. The agencies said, “the couple recently held a private pledge ceremony with only family members in attendance.”

The two went public with their relationship in 2015. At the time, the agencies officially confirmed their romantic involvement and said, “the two have evolved from being just friends to more than that. They see one another as a person who gives strength while they pursue their careers in their own fields.”

Afterwards, they continued to speak of their relationship at various occasions even until recently. On October 7 broadcast of JTBC “Hidden Singer 5,” Gummy briefly mentioned the plans for their engagement. When the host commented, “we have such a good news for the upcoming fall,” Gummy responded, “it is a good news. Thank you for your blessings.”

Following day, the couple announces that they have already gotten married after holding a private ceremony with only family members in attendance.
