i'm german, so i know the original song, and i dislike it so. much.
it was number 1 on the charts last year but only because it's a cheap and trashy "despacito" knock-off. when i saw the news on twitter a few days ago i couldn't believe my eyes that this song would get a k-pop remake.

i just hope they changed the lyrics because the original text is so cringey:

yeah i listened to the original while making this post and it's not good 😬

apparently they performed in the us and changed it up, and none of the fans that saw it mentioned despacito, either. couldn't find a fancam tho

doesn't help that it's a song by two of the trashiest celebs of our country 😂

i guess since they rearranged the song it got the kpop treatment so i hope it doesn't sound as bad as the original. also the timing is odd... it's clearly a summer song, why the hell are they releasing this during fall/winter....
