TS Entertainment has shared an official statement regarding previous reports of a B.A.P member being booked for indecent assault and revealed that the member being investigated is Himchan.

The statement begins, “As reported, a misunderstanding took place when B.A.P’s Himchan was with an acquaintance and friends after being invited by the acquaintance, and he has received a police investigation. There was a report that the police forwarded the case to the prosecution, but the claims of the two sides are very conflicting, so more investigations have to take place.”

TS Entertainment continues, “He will diligently take part in the investigation to provide evidence for the facts, and we will release statements again as the incident gets settled. As the investigation is still taking place, we ask for speculative reports to not be released.”

“We express our apologies for causing worry to many people,” the statement concludes.

The premiere of reality program “B.A.P’s Traince” has been delayed.

On September 10, the network FashionN revealed, “It was initially scheduled to begin airing on [September] 12, but it has been pushed back to October. The exact date has not been decided yet.”

Read the article translated by a baby too that has more detail. I wanted to believe he didn't do it, that when they said misunderstanding it was drunk and fell on her leading to accidental groping. But after reading more details and his claim it was mutual he definitely did it.

He was someone I pretty hardcore biased and even got to briefly meet. Like dude called me pretty. Now I feel gross and disgusted. Its true never really know what they're hiding behind attractive stage personas.

These things usually play out in favor of the artist but his contract with TS is nearing expiration. So can only hope he disappears when it does.

They are seeking an indictment in a justice system that always seems stacked against the victim. The victim reported immediately. TSE only mentions it now because it was about to go public and people are arguing she’s an opportunist and that its her word against him or some kind of management conspiracy against him.

Look at this rationally, she has benefitted in no way and his stans have already started tearing her down in the court of public opinion. Women rarely make false accusations in a world that is deeply unfair to their existence.
