exactly, dingo re-upload things all the time... actually they have a whole channel dedicated to re-posted videos

dingo has 6 diferent youtube channels, 5 of them are all in korean/hangul and the last one (dingo kdrama) was created to re-post their popular videos from other 5 channels but with official eng subs

maybe you saw this before with fan-subs or something like that
