Hyomin confirms September comeback

On August 28, T-ara’s Hyomin revealed the title track of the upcoming solo album with a teaser image. While she has continuously been dropping hints, this is the first time she revealed a major component of the album.

According to the teaser image, the upcoming album is entitled “Mango,” scheduled for a release on September 12. Along with the name, the image shows a cute illustration of a mango, causing much curiosity among fans regarding the concept of the album.

Furthermore, reports stated that the producer for EXO’s “Ko Ko Bop” and Taeyeon’s “Fine” worked on “Mango” together with Hyomin. In addition, a music video director Sung Chang-Won, known for directing Red Velvet’s “Flavor” music video, directed the singer’s upcoming music video. Consequently, such line up of great producers builds upon the public’s anticipation regarding the album.

Moreover, the singer also announced to host a comeback showcase on September 12, immediately after the release of the album. The singer plans to invite not only the press, but also her fans to the showcase, spending much quality time before beginning the official promotions for “Mango.”
