Before the end of the year, SM have group planned activities which inclue EXO making a comeback, Red Velvet also have plans to release another album this year, and SNSD as well.

With the recent evaluation of SM's stock price to increasing in 5,000₩ on August 23rd, it was suggested by analyst of Shinhan Finance Yoon Changmin to purchase the SM stock. SM's stock had closed the day before valued at 45,950₩. It is expected that SM's performance financially will increase in the 2nd half.

Plans include EXO to make a comeback as a full group with a regular album release as well as a repackaged album. And, Red Velvet will also have plans to make another comeback with a new mini album after their recent comeback made earlier this month on the 6th with title track "Power Up".

Furthermore, SNSD will debut a new unit, and SNSD's leader, Taeyeon will both have activities with album releases too.

SM is expected to earn over 57.7billion ₩ with the 2nd half of their financial year and increase sales by up to 30.9% comparative to 2017's 2nd half.

In addition, TVXQ have plans for their Japan Arena Dome tour beginning in Japan, and will also be having an additional tour in September. Not only this, but Super Junior and SHINee are also expected to have Dome tours before the end of this year.

i've been hearing heavy rumors for the last few weeks that onew already got his enlistment letter - which promoted sm to change their originally planned launch of swc6 next week to a fanmeet. (that plus, also rumored, physical health issues.) taemin is starting a tour a month from now that leads into the start of november so i'm wary on the mention of them doing a dome tour in the article - it feels more like a "we're expecting them to" thing than a "we were told they're going to" thing.

Yes it would make sense for Onew to have his enlistment letter already with so many idols his age already going. I hope the health issues are just rumors :(

yeah. i think that, now with doojoon enlisting, the only '89liner idols who haven't yet are him, junhyung and donghyun. the rumor about the health stuff is that he's been having issues with his old ankle injury (from 1of1 era) which i could believe, but i hope it's nothing worse than that.

Rv’s been pretty consistent with 3 comebacks a year for the past few years so I’m not surprised they’re slated for another.

Wonder if the annual exo winter album will still happen this year but they released last years at the end of December so it’s still likely, especially when they don’t have to promote it either.

Not to kill any hope but I doubt we'll ever see Lay in EXO again. He hasn't promoted with the group in 2 years, his last schedule with them was a concert in the beginning of 2017. I knew he has met CBX at least once since then and keeps in contact with Chanyeol (at least through social media), and he keeps stressing that he's still part of EXO, but I just don't see him going back to the group, especially after having a successful solo career in China. Netizens will also eat him alive once he returns... He does fly over to Korea every now and then and nobody really knows why, but he did so days before last years comeback and wasn't included in the album, so...

I'm looking forward to the Soshi subunit and Taeyeon's solo stuff, and to Red Velvet (if they go back to the velvet concept)
