The lines ceo approached sm about bringing in an exo member to creative direct a years worth of drops. Sm picked him prob for his selling ability.

As a jongdae fan I’m especially :/ about that choice since he’s designed some of their merch this tour and for his station collab and it’s rly good, simple but interesting.

even baekhyun was surprised he was asked in the interview for the launch lol i think he knows he's out of his depth and just trying his best. kinda glad it seems jongdae and minseok don't have much of an ego about individual activities since they're usually the ones who don't take up as many. I'm always shocked that like 4 of them are working on university stuff as well or just finishing. like they don't have enough going on lol

I remember hearing that when it was announced, but I refuse to stop snarking on the choice. The dude is a charmingly annoying punk who has learned to dance and sings all the time -- he didn't need more right now and I am not impressed SM gave him fashion.

(I don't dislike the guy but I will snark on any of them for what I consider dumbdumb stuff.)

But thanks very much for the info on Chen's designing. I've heard others talk about his ability to find interesting, random stuff.

i agree with ya its still a weird choice im wondering if the line changes hands to someone else next year since they only talked about 1 year contract.

I like that chens more low key with his interests. he knows acting and non-exo variety isnt for him and idk if he rly enjoyed the musical since he only did the one (suho has rly found his niche there his voice is so suited for theater) but hes been doing a lot more behind the scenes lately

i hated all their shoe designs and all of prive so far so im going to keep my money for when jongin does something. his taste is more my speed.

huh, I think Chen could do well at variety, of the more adventure kind (travel, making stuff, having to mentor someone.) However, I still haven't watched the Ladder show. I mean, he has energy, is chatty, and is cutely whiny.

Instead maybe Chen is going to be become a mogul. Get it Chenchen!

I keep hearing that Suho is good in musical theater. I dunno, I haven't heard a clip that made me think his voice was memorable His shit wooden overacting in that rent show, though, probably works better on stage. And I like that he's getting out there and trying.

for me, its less that its memorable and more that its clean and easy to listen to for stage. he's pretty awful on camera but apparently shines in musicals which occupies his time and stops him from being on camera lol its a win/win to me ;)

that ladder show was boring but I do think he'd do well on battle trip or something more long form!

As a fat person I'm really mad that at the sizing for this line. Mens 2xl is a joke which makes me sad since I wanted at least one piece from each drop
