I really like the bsides, especially 9 and Stylish, and I hope we'll see an official Perfect Love performance since it has a choreo based on their concert! Hi High ends up sticking out a bit from the rest of the album though. I like the idea behind ++ but I find the result a bit lazy lol
A very typical Loona sounding album, they didnt stray from what they served in the predebut era. Hi High is nice but it's also one of those generic songs that I don't know what to make of. Heat and Stylish are FIRE
Heat and Stylish are the best, but I liked the rest of the songs as well. I like how they mixed the sounds of the units for them. Hoping for a repackage for Loona and XXYX, too.
i was so into heat until they ruined it w the edm drop chorus lmao
no but. i still like it, and all the other songs on the album as well; i’m just kinda over the edm/house sound that’s present on some of the tracks. what stood out to positively to me though was that there was pretty much no aegyo-tone singing in the songs (except the title rip), which is always a plus. i was also surprised by how much i like heejin’s voice in her lower register, probably one of my fav voices in loona together w chuu and yves. chuuriah carey is just wonderful in general, she came through w the high note in hi high and is just in general the vocal mvp of the group
