I personally find it so off putting when companies take a video and overlay it with a different track for overseas stuff. It just seems like a cheap cash grab. Like, you can be cheap and still deliver some more original content.
why is the lip syncing so bad...? why did they film new footage of rose and jisoo's second verses if they were just gonna hide it behind that stupid overlay? why do they never rap in japanese? why do yg artists film such expensive mvs but are too cheap to not recycle them?
