in case anyone is looking for more insight and explination about how song camps work for kpop I pulled a bunch of articles and vids.
KPOP song camps work similar to the ones in country and pop music and with the frequency kpop agencies put out music these camps happen all year long and usually within the span of a week a writer can write for multiple agencies, unless contracted specifically to one. KPOP idols who write also particiapte in these camps too by bringing their own songs and work to workshop with other writers - like in the Luna video linked below.
some of these might have been posts of their own but I figured compiling them would be easier than searching back for individual posts.

Date: 2018-07-24 01:04 am (UTC)and not updated nearly as much as I should. I just make the posts here about this stuff for fun because even though I studied entertainment business management in college and work with a lot of musicians I don't engage that much with the business/management aspects of music anymore since I work on the visuals side. it's still something I'm super interested in and i'm working on a massive editing project rn so I have a lot of free time in front of the computer to make these.if you still want it i can PM it to you but idk how interesting it would be
